yes, that story.
sherrold just tried to pitch me the idea of gay-friendly Scandinavian terrorists using IKEA as a front. Oh, she'll try to deny it, but I know her agenda. I know what she meant.

Of course, the fruit of google does say, "Remember Anna Lindh? She was the Swedish foreign minister dubbed the 'Scandinavian Taliban' for her terrorist apologetics." So sherrold doesn't quite measure up to my own level of freakiness. Nice try, Sandy! Please play again!

Oh hey, that was totally one of IKEA's adverts here in the UK. The terrorists would sweep in, hold you at gunpoint while they changed your soft furnishings to something less chintzy and exchange your outmoded, 1970s decor for something in blond wood and chrome, and then tick you off sharply for crimes against the fashionable people of Scandinavia before leaving you wrapped in clingfilm to admire your new home. Seriously.

See, I knew they were scary!
Thanks for sticking up for me -- that'll learn that silly eliade.

I have to ask -- who is in your lovely icon? He's quite yummy!

Re: See, I knew they were scary!

Oh, I've totally got your back with this, darlin'. Those IKEA people are scary, so it's our duty to spread the love fear word.

And the boy? He's Hugh Dancy, HP fandom's current adult Harry Potter of choice. He's kinda pretty, no?
