overheard at work
"He's out sick today, so I wouldn't lick his chair."

By the way, I'm wearing jeans today that I haven't worn in at least five years.

Y'know, I keep an old pair of trousers for that very reason - one day, I will lose the weight I have been saying for years that I will lose and they will fit again. And then I can throw them out because, ew, so 90s. ;)

Crap, I didn't know we worked together :-)

I didn't say that today, but it is totally the kind of thing that I would threaten my coworker or sister with.

Congrats on pants dance - that always feels good

Congrats on the jeans! As for the chair licking...you're on your own.

It's that jeans dance a great feeling? I had that moment a month or so ago. Granted it was as a result of the "I'm losin' my job and can't keep food down" diet. But still, I'll take it.

Go you!

One day those jeans won't fit again, in different places, for a different reason - muscle!

Also: hopefully saturday, possibly Monday. Tis all you get.

So, is the chair-licking a common pastime at your workplace, or is it saved for special occasions, like when someone's on vacation?

(Go you with the jeans. Yay!)
