Not a political post. I'm working on some training content for my company, which shall remain nameless, and am looking for examples of common things customer service reps say that infuriate you during phone calls.
"My supervisor will just tell you the same thing."
"I can't help you unless you calm down."
"You're not listening to me, sir."
