Donuts trump rain.

As I just mentioned to Herself, the Seattle skies are being a little pushy with their rain this morning. Rain rain rain. But there were Krispy Kreme donuts at the office when I arrived. Donuts make everything better. Some people scoff at my belief that donuts can cure all ills, but I just press the cruller to my tumor and laugh.

Last night I watched the first three episodes of Ultraviolet. Trying to decipher posh British accents and complex plots while slightly hooched is hard, mom. But the sixty percent of it I was able to understand was very interesting. And Jack Davenport is super in black leather. Supahhh. Hmm. The web site reminds me that before he became Norrington! Norrington! Norrington! he was the sweet guy in The Talented Mr. Ripley. Must rewatch that someday. Must also buy "Coupling" on DVD.

Imdb.com says...hey, they filmed "Eroica"? Prince Lobkowitz? (flambeau, help?) And he was in one of my favorite trashy vampire movies, The Wisdom of Crocodiles. Small part, must have been.

This post brought to you by the letter "F" for Friday.
