the little sleep

You know how sometimes you have one drink after a hard day and about ten minutes later you're sacked out as if someone had coshed you, and other times you drink a bit more and you end up tossing and turning all night? Yes. I am very sleepy today. But I came in and did the most critical things I had to do, which is good. Now I have meetings. Many, many meetings. Well, okay, four meetings. But in the course of one day, that's rather a lot. Not as many as my manager, who usually has about 20-30 meetings a week from what I can tell. I never want to be a manager. Too bad there aren't a lot of other employee advancement routes.

The season opener of Angel is on next Wednesday. Time really has just dribbled away, hasn't it.
