evening lassitude
I *still* have not recovered from that training class. It was vampiric. And ironically has left me unable to watch vampires. I'm done with Angel S4 and I need a shove of energy to climb about ten more feet up the hill in front of me--to crest and get on the other side of my irrational anxiety about watching S5--and that energy is not on tap.

I also want to write porn for ladycat777, or one of my remaining donation stories. Energy for that, or for, say, reading about pirates...is also not on tap. It looks to be a stale and profitless evening.

What should I do? Insert imaginary ticky-box quiz here.

Watch the training episode of The Office. It will help cure you after your class.

You should stand in the middle of your lounge and then twirl about in circles going 'Wheeeeee!' and then you should collapse giggling gently into a lady like pile of dizziness into your hoop dress while discreately vomiting into your mouth.

EW!

I'm in the middle of throwing words on to paper with Spike and Xander and restraints and head lolling but it's gone through the filter that is my mind so didn't come out quite as one would expect. You may pelt me with rotten fruit at your leisure. But that's only because that's one of my deeply hidden kinks. Phwar!

It's been intriguing reading your comments about AtS 4. I always rated the season as the worst ever from either show, but you've actually inspired me to give it another chance once I've finished my current run with BTVS 6.

How did season 5 come to loom so large in your dread field? There is so much of teh slashy goodness that makes me sad. I would love to hear your squee.

"...my irrational anxiety about watching S5..."

You got past the worst bit and then stopped! The ones that come after are way better, at least from a Spikey point of view. Like, there's any other point of view that matters.
